If your product doesn't solve your problem, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

How to request a refund

2. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
3. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Exceptions

Personal-care items and clearance products are final sale and not eligible for refund.
